M•CON Underground is among the industry leaders when it comes to water and sewer contracting of large water transmission main-line work, down to smaller needed transitional water service. Experience ranges from large 42” PVC, Ductile Iron, and HDPE pipe down to ¾” short service work.

Water and Sewer contracting services range from long service of 120 miles of underground water main installation or fire hydrant installation down to transitional work for our subdivisions and residential customers. Our water and sewer projects involve detailed planning and communication.

Before a water and sewer project starts, M•CON initiates its startup pilot program that brings together all the superintendents, project managers, and all necessary people to review the project from beginning to end to ensure everyone is working together. After that, there is an onsite job kick-off with operators and laborers where there is a complete review of responsibilities. In addition, M•CON verifies easements, restrictions, and workability for entrance and exit points so that all landowners, property owners and homeowners are involved and aware of the water and sewer project from day one.
