At M•CON Underground, we’re proud to announce progress on one of our newest large-scale developments — the Olathe, KS Commons project. Spanning 26 acres and involving approximately 40,000 yards of total cut and fill, this job represents both the scope and precision our team is known for. Our crews are hard at work ensuring the site is prepared with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. From grading to infrastructure, every step is carefully executed to set the foundation for long-term success.
As part of this project, M•CON Underground is responsible for installing all water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain systems, ensuring the community is built on a solid and sustainable foundation. Once complete, this site will be home to 200 townhomes and villas, creating a vibrant new neighborhood in Olathe. We’re excited to contribute to a project that will not only shape the landscape but also serve the community for decades to come.
